I just saw a commercial where they were talking about Intel chips in Macs.
They were saying that for years the Intel chips have been doing the same old thing over and over. Doing dull things. Then they took the Intel chip and placed it in a drive. Then they said, imagine the possibilities if the chip was in a Mac. Then there was a close up shot of a Mac computer.
I'm giddy

Intel does not like Apple very much for that ad.
They do still have PC partners to deal with.
Yeah, I always wondered that myself.

oh my, I bet that did piss off lots of partners.
Still, it's a great ad. Steve Jobs even played it twice at the at Macworld 2006.

Intel partners like Microsoft? =-o
Oh wait, if you can run Windows natively on a Mac now we can just sell them an overpriced copy of Windows to Mac users now.

You can't though.I'm not saying doing a workaround and dual booting. I'm talking abotu the future of VirtualPC. It doesn't need to be Virtual anymore.

I read an article about how Apple might be intentionally limiting market share. It was interesting.

Apple will hold on. They only want it because their contract expires after Cars. In other, on topic news, The Postal Service band is apparently pissed about this ad and how it is just like their video. They need to be silent about their free publicity. Bitches.

Who else has been pondering the effect that Cars would have if it bombs like "a bugs life"?

I saw this commercial air twice during the playoffs this weekend. I can definitly see how Intel is upset on how the message comes across.
