Wed Design Feedback

I was wondering if I could get some feedback on a new design for my site.

I have gotten a lot of positive feedback lately but I was actually hoping for an opinion that was a bit more critical.

Also I am not using this thread as a means of advertising I just want some feedback.

Well to start off I do not want to sound like I am bashing your site, becuase I do see the amount you put into it in the code. But other than the style of the site has been outdated for 3 years, not the portal layout per-say just the graphics. Also why do you put all your css in style tag rather that assigning them classes/ids in CSS file, linked to the html? Sorry to sound like an ass, truly but that is how I see the site.

The CSS is contolled by the CMS and I only do edits on that but I will look into changing it. As for the style being old, it don't really keep up with any of the styles that web designers follow, I just create what I think looks okay. Thanks for the feedback.

I think its awsome. I like the blue theme, and the bana at the top is awsome. I also dont find anything wrong with the 'outdated' style... or whatever...
