It could be 2 things, modded gba cart with a metriod prime pinball dumped file, or active ram. They didn't show the gba cart, so it's hard to tell, either way it'd have to be on automatic startup mode. I'm guessing it was a dump however, I dont' experiance much active ram in my unit.

Well the custom startup images, and lack of health warning message suggests that he is using a modified firmware. Possibly flashme or something like that, which allows you to run homebrew without the need for a passme card in the ds slot. And there is most definitely a gba flash card with a rom in it. It couldn't have been a preloaded game, the unit was powered off.

Edit: Oh that wasn't a custom startup, just the game's startup. Well there is still the matter of the healthscreen missing at startup.
