okay, so I downloaded a few themes for FireFox. problem is, ever since then, when even I open FF, I get two pages opened up:
my homepage
and this freaking del.icio.us (https://addons.mozilla.org/) page! I even downloaded the thing just to get it to stop opening its page every time but alas!

can anyone help me get it to stop? it is getting under my skin!

Check the home page for each theme and see if there is a fix for it.

my homepage is intact. only a new tap opens. anyone else getting this or am I just lucky?

Under Tools > Options

What do you have a your homepage?

Do you have more than one page separated with a "|"

AHA!!
yes I do have another homepage address with a " l " inbetween them. those sneaks!
*deletes it. everything fine now*

thanks alot for saving me the cleaning effort after I would have shot my brains off.

PS. this is something new for me; I can have simultaneous pages opening up when starting FF. nice :)

Yeah, you can open a whole folder of tabs if you want.
