Sync my IPod nano

Hey guys I have an IPOD and I wonder if i can sync my music out without using itunes? if so how can i do ¡t? (without erasing my music)

ehhh.. Eidorian!?? I dont have an iMac and it seems like this program that u suggest me requires MacOS X :( it sucks big t¡me cuz Im still using windows Im still on a prehistoric era
