How will this forum manage E3 news?

I would like to propose:
Admins to open a new thread in each section (PS2, PS3, Xbox, Xbox360, PC etc) named "Official E3 Updates", lock it straight away and gather news, pictures and videos around the forum/WWW and edit them into the Official E3 thread in each of the sections.

If not, how does it happen here since I am a newbie on these forums.
I just want to come here and check for E3 News, I really don't want to go through lots of websites and it would be very nice to see everything in one place.

I know it's still a while away but you can never be too prepared for E3!

It'll happen similar to that but we operate 3 web sites for console and handeheld news that will have represetnatives at E3 itself. We went last year and will be there each year from now on.

The staff at the event correspond with the staff staying behind and keep the news all sorted out, cleaned, etc. We are also more prepared this year for the extra traffic we will get durring E3 (YAY - Server updates).
