As was communicated today in a press release, Shigeru Miyamoto, his indication creator of Nintendoperlen will change such as Mario, Donkey Kong, Zelda and the spades min to 1 July 2006 to Microsoft. "Microsoft gave me a very strong incentive for changing", so Miyamoto San. "I am fascinated of possibilities, which the XBOX 360 together with the revolution CONTROLLER, at which I possesses the patent laws, will offer: Because only this combination will possess sufficiently achievement, in order to let my grandiosen play ideas become material. All my fans can I only say that with the break with Nintendo nothing will change in my creativity!". "could with Shigeru Miyamoto the Microsoft Gamestudios the most creative head of the play world for itself win", so J. Allard before the New Yorker Hilton hotel, where the piece of news was omitted celebrated yesterday evening. "we see thinking now optimistically in the future, and that we become the Japanese play market with the idea wealth Miyamotos to conquer to be able". For Microsofts XBOX 360 the Japanese market represents further a challenge, and one may be strained, how this development will affect the Japanese homeland market, after also Hironobu Sakaguchi, his indication inventor that will finally develop Fantasy row for the XBOX 360. The change Miyamotos released mixed reactions in the play world. While I/O and Ubisoft were ready for no statement, one could hear of Sony London, which this change Sonys position in the console market would affect in keinster way: "it is irrelevant where Mr. Miyamoto its work performed. The Playstation 3 will stand as a winner of the next generation in the footlights, to it exists no doubt." The share quotation Microsofts rose after becoming known this message in the evening of yesterday around 2,5% and animated the late computer trade, so that the NASDAQ could still positively lock.

What exactly does this have to do with PS3? And could you tone down on using so many excalimation marks? Only one is needed to get the point across.

How credible is this site...

I would like to know that too. I can't help but think its BS.

Sounds like made up. Smells like BS. Looks like crap. Anything else I'm missing to point out here?

Wow... I don't believe it. At all. Miyamoto is obsessed with Nintendo. Plus, he's Japanese. And he wouldn't want to defect to an American company.

Then again, Microsoft is really shoring up its Japanese strategy... so this could be part of it. If it's true, then SHIT.

Edit: Plus, the article alleges (I think) in the last sentence that MSFT's stock went up 2.5% on the NASDAQ today (could be mistaken, I'm no good at German). But, MSFT's stock just went down down down all day today, and there is no news out about Miyamoto. Besides, I doubt one developer switching over could influence Microsoft's stock that much. But maybe I'm just misreading the whole thing.

The title is still rather heart stopping. Perhaps you could change it to something like "Don't worry, this is FAKE"?

I almost had a cerebral aneurysm.

@Crow: You shouldn't say that the Germans are only good for their sausages... because you're leaving out those tall fuzzy hats, and those things are seriously raw.

If it wasnt fake, bigger sites like IGN and 1up and even Yahoo News and xbox.com would have had it up far before that site.

The patent thing kinda gave it away... Miyamoto? Try Satoru Iwata.

Viper

Actually, Miyamoto does own many of the controller patents as he's the one that heads up their design with most of the ideas being his own.

here is somehting funny (that actually happened):
J.Allard was asked what would he give to have Miamoto come to MS. he said he would give him his Ferrari. Peter Moore was asked the same question. he said he would give him Allard's Ferrari.

lol

Viper

lmao. I've read that somewhere.

Had Peter Moore stayed with Sega he may have had the opportunity to work with Shiggy but he's got a pretty plush position with MS now.

Yes, which is why I'm glad that he's motivated by more than just dollar signs. God bless the Japanese.

I removed the link. They don't deserve to the hits.

Thank you. You're a good man.

Anyway, that article was so horribly unbelievable that the author should be ashamed of himself. I'd almost have to believe that Chevy was going to start manufacturing their cars out of chocolate, so that stranded motorists would at least have something to eat, before believing rubbish like this.

Doesn't he insist on having a modest salary and riding a bike to work, or is that just a fairy-tale?
Despite being an influential figure in video games and responsible for multi-million dollar franchises, Miyamoto is said to be very humble, insisting on being given an average income, and often rides a bicycle to work.
