Quick question, will changing my entire library in iTunes to AAC from mp3 chane the file sizes at all?

Not really, the only benefit is getting slightly better quality at the same bit rate.
The only benefit is re-encoding the songs off of the source CD's. The files are around the same size at the same bit rate.

That would be entirely pointless. It would sound the exact same, and waste alot of time. Unless you have a specific need for them to be .ACC files, don't waste your time. That would be like converting a 128 kbs .MP3 to 192 and hoping it would sound better.

Alright, I just didn't know if there was any difference at all in the sound quality/file size. I've got a big trip coming this weekend, and I"m trying to cram as much on my 2GB nano as I can.

Bingo. You will only see a difference if you re-encoded the files from the orginal source CD. They will be exactally the same from the already encoded MP3 files.
