Yeah Nash was a little too late and in the restricted zone trying to get that charge.

Nash is not playing like an MVP at all in this series. Lakers are just kicking the Suns ass and that is not something anyone expected.

Actually, Nash is the only reason they're even in it. And MVP is based entirely on season, not on playoffs.

Nash should not of been MVP. Kobe scored 81 points this season and has played like a team player during most of the season.

Kobe has only played like a team player this series. Nash deserves it.

I say give it to Kobe. Kobe allows the Lakers to win. Kobe = Most Valuable Player. Simple as that.

They haven't even chosen MVP for this year yet guys. As for kobe deserving MVP? I laugh at that. Kobe had 81 points a game, that doesnt mean shit. Playing as a team player and improving your team as a whole is what deserves MVP status. Not "the team passes to me all the time and expect me to do everything" players, ala kobe. If you ask anyone who is on the lakers most people only know of Kobe Bryant, which is sad. Shows that they are more of a one man show then anything else. Most nobody gives credit to smush parker or lamar odom.

I've gotta say I hate kobe more then any player in the NBA, he gets by with too much shit and he is not much of a team player. I'm sick of everyone just saying "oh yeah kobe bryant is mvp" without even knowing any of the other candidates or players.

Kobe is a good player don't get me wrong. But I do not like his sportsmanship (or lack there of) and his team play. 45-37 record while not bad, is barely over 50% of games won. Where was kobe that other 50% of the time?

I know some of the other candidates, although honestly I don't follow much pro basketball. However, I will say that, to me, "being a team player" or a "likeable fellow" doesn't matter...it's Most Valuable Player.

If Nash deserves it (not that you said he did), he needs to pick his ass off the floor after Kobe dunks on him and whatnot, and make sure his team wins.

Several sources broke the story last week that Nash is MVP again. I think he deserves it, and so do like 5 other players this year. Nash lead the Suns to the 2 seed in the west while having Amare Stoudemire for only 3 games, however. That's quite impressive.
