I hate how Tecomo doesn't use their homeland's movie companies. They would only have to hire American movie actresses for the non Japanese fighters. Shinobi: Heart Under Fire based off the anime Basilisk looked amazing and while not totally accurate the made a lot of popular Anime type characters look possible and beautiful in live action. It's just the story that needed work.

Who does the casting on these movies? Do they even play the game? Looks like they only got actresses based on the color of there hair.

Actually, on second look, the peeps appear to be Tina, Ayane, Hasumi, Helen, and Kasumi.

On a sidenote, the actress who plays Tina (jamie something of another, forgot the name) is from my town (well, the town I lived in for 13 yrs before going to college).

However, yeah, lookin laughably bad...different from what I thought, however.Minus the hat...i wouldn't have a clue wich one Tina was supposed to be (other than her being american). And Kasumi and and Ayane are obvious just because of the hair color. They didn't attempt to get somebody with the right hight/weight/ overall look.

And the other girls even more so but you can use deductive reasoning to figure them out lol.

Honestly though, i stopped watching when they were talking about the guys being hot, wtf? I want to see Hitomi cook and Cristie do her crazy spy assasin shit and Tina act in movies, but this is sadder then i could have ever imagined.

Well, this bites. It seems like it would be hard to go wrong with an action movie featuring scantly-clad, hot women... but I guess they've found a way to pull it off. That looks terrible, like Street Fighter (the movie) in bikinis.
