I can't believe no one mentioned this baby yet. this is one of the best looking FPS games shown. and man am I in love with what I am seeing!

it has the style, the graphics, the environments and promise. this is certainly my most anticipated FPS for PS3 yet.

WOWZA....where did this game come from? Very, very impressive. And i'm loving all these games with motion blur and visual effects. Makes everything look so cinematic.

There's a very cheesy trailer floating around for this game but it's done with reallife actors and part CG unfortunately. The screenshots are from the Unreal Engine 3 that will be used by this game. And yes, it does give the CryEngine2 vibe with that Jungle image.

From those images alone I don't see what is so great about this FPS. I also don't understand why everyone is falling in love with almost every game they see an image about. Don't you see the lack of detail in that game? I mean, if you happen to just like it for some reason by all means purchase it. It's your decision, but honestly I just do not comprehend how this game looks so great?

I looked at those shots after I read MILR's post, cuz I knew he had something to say. And I'm really, really at a loss now. That game, the vegetation alone looks really great, the lighting and EVERYTHING. He's gotta be legally retarded/insane/blind/all three.

I like the way it looks, but *tsk*, it's cross platform. So that equates to a solid 25-buck purchase for me. Unless it has something unique to offer, that is.

Resistance, Killzone, Turok and others are intertesting. but I fell in love with this one! I pretend this is my unofficial Killzone till the real deal releases- since I love KZ like mad.

I think MILR is pulling all our very long puddings. He is trying to put doubt into weak minds. He says elsewhere he will buy a PS3 but I think thats another diversion. I have a theory about who he is I've come across his kind before. Best way to cause desertion is from within the ranks sometimes. If you get what I mean.

I went and viewed the video for this game and the tough thing to determine is if this game is being rendered in real-time or not. Some parts of it look much better than others. There are moments where a couple of the soldiers look very detailed and realistic, and then many others where they look (please don't shoot me) plastic. Additionally, part of it may be due to the fact the the video and images released so far are not very high resolution..

I hate trying to figure out mysteries like these. Just a few facts or paragraphs of information could help us understand so much more about each game. It seems game makers don't care if we are in the dark when it comes to the graphics of their games and what is really real-time, what is pre-rendered, if different segments of their vids are of different quality, if their videos truly reflect to images, and so fourth..

It is all so confusing to try and get FACTS.

The distinct advantage that the Crytech Engine 2 has now are destructable physics for all of the foliage within the environment. I doubt that if Free Radical is making this cross platform that they'll be able to accomplish this across the board.

The trailer they were showing in the closed off room reminded me so much of Red Faction. They acted like the army was everything, they did everything for the people etc. Then they give you some supplements when you join the army that make you become a huge bad ass. Something like steroids i guess but more effective. Yeah then when someguy like went down they were saying he needs some more of that supplement stuff, nectar or whatever they called it.

Reminds me of RF in the way that the millitary has a control of alot of things, and how they promise all these good things but once you get out there, its not all its hyped up to be. I bet somehow you end up trying to uncover the truth of the company or something.
