1970 is the birth of the Patriots, and the same year Big Boss forms FOXHOUND, when he also starts having animosity towards the United States. Are all 3 of these things coincidence? Not a chance :-p
think about what they could do with PSP/PS3 linkup. :)

Would all of you say that these shots exceed the graphics on any PS2 MGS game? For a PS2 or PSP game they look very good to me.

amen. if you watch the MGS trailer on the PSP, snake approaches a table where a PSP sits. its says something along the lines of 'this equipment will help you command your squadron and build your ranks, alright? now equip it and head for the access point, if you know what i mean! Access point? (the net?) very enigmatic and to me its far to easy to assume they are just talking about the PSP game. Kajima loves putting little puzzles in his adverts. i'm thinking that maybe if you have a PSP you will be able to contact soldiers and give them strategic information.
looking at the scans, they look like MGS3. when I first saw them, I thought there was a mistake. lol
and I think there isn't anyone that can really do a better job at linking PSP/PS3 than Kojima. if anyone can impress, it's him. :)

They look nice, but up close you can see where the PSP falls short of the PS2 when it comes to textures. Those scans don't show it, but there is a difference. Even so, they look amazing. Can't wait for this game.
getting that close is enough complament to PSP's power. we are comparing the little moster to a full blown console for God's sake!
and to think it could still get better...O_o
