I wish my parents liked video games. If they did it would be much easier for me to convince them to buy me a game. I have to try to get them addicted to it.

Yea, my dad thinks games are a huge waste of time that only help diminish brain cells.

^lol, yah my parents love it.

my parents dont like me playing FPS, unless it is like battlefield 1942. It is not due to , it is just that they teach you nothing. And video games ARE a waste of time, unless they are educational.

My Dad got an Xbox a few months ago and he loves Halo and RTCW. I haven't played him in multi. I don't want to make him look bad.

Dude that's awesome. I wish my parents liked games...

the only game they like is this one old Paki game. It's kinda like Pool, I'd say the name but I don't want to make a fool of myself by spelling it completely wrong..

My parents couldn't and apparantly cant grasp more than Pac-Man and Centipide.
My mom will get on Centipide every once in awhile, but since she dosen't know how to get it up an runnin she dosne't play much.

Maybe i should set up the Atari someplace else...

I just got Animal Crossing. I'm gonna teach my mom how to play video games. She's never played a single game in her life, including arcades like pac-man. Craziness...

the main reason parents dont like video games is because they cant grasp the concept. It's kinda like how they ask you to go read instead of watching TV. Think about it, how is reading better than watching TV? My parents dont want me to have violent video games, they think I'll kill someone or something.

He's playing again right now.

Not very far though. Just got to Luca.

I on the other hand, just beat Lady Yunalesca. I am back on the airship and am about to get Anima, Yojjimbo, and finally the Magus Sisters.

My mom and dad never used to play video games, until one magical night...

It all started the day after christmas, and my aunt was moving into my room to stay for a few days. Because my T.V. was in my room(with the GC), I decided to move the GC to the Family T.V., a much bigger, clearer T.V.

That night when I was playing my game, my dad came up to me and said " O.k., so how do you play this thing." And at the time I was playing 1080 Avalanche, so I taught hime the controls. Every night that the GC was in the Family room, my dad would come and play. Its to bad that when I moved the GC back into my room, he stopped playing. He'll probably never play a video game again.

I play Halo Co-op with my Uncle, who is like 45.

I taught my dad how to play Mario 64, and stuff, thats about it.

He used to play NES with me all the time, of course I was just a baby then.

my mom and dad used to play the NES, mainly super mario bros. and duck hunt. then when i got OoT for 64, for some reason my mom really got into that game, although i had to beat all the bosses and stuff for her
