P4 1.3 gigz
384RAm
Radeon 9800 Pro
Plenty of hard drive space

I meet the requirements but i miss the recomendations by very little. Should i still be able to play the game with little problems? Of course assuming my settings wont be insane.

You easily beat the requirements. You're fine.

Your graphics card should be able to handle what the PC itself lacks, which isn't a slouch either.

yeah, you're straight.

Might not be able to run at max, but that game configures your graphic settings for you already, so just don't touch any of the settings when you buy it.
