Not bad you two I don't have nearly those skills and also haven't drawn since highshool though that pic of oddessey's reminds me of a highschool Ifriends mad skillz. I wish I had a picture of his painting he made just to see if he could piss off the religious base of our small town. Jesus with a shotgun rocked:-D

Thanks, but I've looking at your first image and loving the effect in the glasses! I've never really been good with shading/lighten on faces, and I think that looks great!

I'm great at shading but not at content creation, you're great at content but not shading and with our powers combined, we are Captain Planet!

I havnt done anything in ages, but here is my favorite drawing that I did at the start of last year.
http://files.upl.silentwhisper.net/upload5/LinkDrawing.jpg
The colour picture in the top-left is an A4 print out that I was drawing from, to give you an idea of the size of the actual thing. (Its big).
I love the greylead medium aswell, but I like my photoshop and flash a little bit more.
Oh yeh, the picture is a little blurry which takes away quite a bit of detail. I had to kind of stand on a chair and lean over it to take the picture.

I haven't done anything in graphite in a long time, I'll see if I can scan/take a pic of what I've got.

I was never taught (in school or whatever), I just figured it all out. Its easy. What I did for a while after I got the hang of it (like knowing roughly what all the tools do) was go to a few tutorial sites (theres more than a couple on the internet) and following a few of them so see where all of the tools are and what they do. This also helps for knowing what all the filters do and how to use them effectively.

Yeah same here cube im self taught been using photoshop since 6. I am more than willing to help anyone that would like to learn it I would really enjoy making a real art board here. Also just as of last week I am now an A.C.E Adobe Certified Expert in photoshop, and I am currently working on getting illustrator.

well the coolest thing about is I can use their logo on anything now and my new title ACE So I have design new business cards with ACE at the end of my name. Really only do if you really want profession in design since most people wont care haha other than fellow designers. If you are interested here is the Link (http://www.adobe.com/support/certification/ace.html) and here (http://www.adobe.com/support/certification/ace_certify.html). I am thinking of getting Print Specialist title has well just each test is $700 plus program cost, driving to a major city to take it etc... so really for each test is like $15 to $1600.

Nice, I like them both just I can't really comment on the first one due to my eyes or something since it is coming off blurry.
Your self- Portrait I like nice details and shading through out the design.

I also dug this up from my computer. Its kinda annoying that the picture made the quality really poor. Its blurry and it looks too dark in some areas. I want to get these pictures photographed professionally, that would be sweet.

I was a pretty good artist back in my youth (up through high school), but unfortunately haven't had time or space to work on anything since, and it's much worse now that I suffer from carpal tunnel syndrome as of the past couple years. Once upon a time, I was skilled in all traditional (non-electronic) art mediums, from graphite to oil painting, woodcarving, and clay scultping; a bit of everything, really. I most commonly worked in graphite, though.
Every fall we have a regional art show at a nearby lodge, and I've made a habit of attending every year, and every year I decide that I'll create something for the next show, but every year I fail to do it. I doubt that I can even do it, now.
