The host can turn banshees on and off. Though in the demo I don't think you can turn it off. Banshees ruined Halo PC. And most people who play Halo PC completely suck ass. And Halo PC's network code is shit too, if one dude is lagging bad he'll lag the whole server.

Halo runs shitty on the computer.. my bro has a Radeon 9800 XT and he says he still can't run it on high settings.

the single player runs smooth on mine and i have a Geforce2 i havent gotten a chance to try the multiplayer mode

Halo runs horribly on all computers. I have a gForce 4 ti-4200 and I have to turn many effects off.

I can run UT2K3 with all effects on and still hit over 60 fps.

I have Halo running with all effects turned on high and on the highest resolution, it runs smooth for me except when on that level Damnation. I have the ATI AIW 9600 Pro

i hadta update my graphics drivers then it ran smooth otherwise it ran really slow with no sound and in the colors white and pink

Yeah I think AMIJ said he saw you around on the Halo demo online. I just got broadband, so I'll probably just buy a good online FPS and play that until Halo 2 comes. Another FPS shooter can only improve your FPS skills, right?
