'06 is one of the worst basketball games I have ever played. My cousin bought it, played it once and never touched it again. The game is horrible. '07 probably isn't going to be great either.

Although NBA 2k7 was really good. I enjoyed playing it at the show. I think its going to be a high scoring game like a 9 or so.

Well last year's games were so rushed and they spent all the time making the graphics nice, they forgot the rest of the game.
But then I don't really pay any mind to sports games; for me video games are more about putting myself in situations that couldn't possibly take place.

I can most definitely go outside and play basketball and football and so on...
But the game's visuals are impressive, as is the animation and motion tracking watchamacallit.

I will do a comparison with 2k7 and then make my decision...
Also, it will be interesting to see if the game differs from the 360 version or a direct port...

Well the interview w/Madden developer at IGN said that he won't reveal any features the PS3 version will have-but he hinted that it would probably have some extra features. I would conclude that the same would happen for Live. But like LaliLu-Sport games aren't really my thing unless I have a bunch of friends over-that's why i don't buy them-I just tell my friends to bring theres....lol

NBA Live 07 a launch title. I didn't see it coming... not lol. Come on, this is EA, their sports franchises are so damn successful it doesn't matter if their game is only 80% complete or missing integral features (dynasty mode? jeez).

Personally I prefer 2K6's playing far more than Live 06. It plays much more fluid and actually like a basketball game would be played in real life.

My tripe with the next gen versions is that the graphics (not animations, just graphics) are so much better in Live's game than in 2K6's for next gen!! Why can't I have one package where I get graphics and gameplay like with 2K6 this gen!!!

Right now, graphics --> Live 07 but gameplay + animation fluidity --> 2K6

Honestly, for me, after playing 2K6, I can't even play Live without getting pissed off and frustrated at absolutely everything in Live.
