My Dad recently had a problem iPod Mini, but Apple being the good folks that they are, replaced it without question.

My Nano has been though the wars (Actually it's usually in my pocket)and it's scraped like hell, even though I have a cover for it. But the main problem is that it keeps stalling, quite often, and I know how to reset it etc... But it seems to happen too often. If I reported this to Apple, what are the chances that they'll just replace my iPod Nano altogether?

I think they have a year warranty where they will attempt to fix or replace it. My brother-in-law was able to replace this 4th Gen iPod when it would lock-up for no reasons. His was in good/decent shape as well.
