At least the Red Sox are ahead of them. Too bad that first base ump blew that call though. As soon as I saw the throw from Lopez to first base, I knew he was out, the ump just made the wrong call.

Tigers = proof God is real. More like God shows mercy once in 20 years. Dude i'll be the first to say I like the Tigers way more than the Yanks, but this is the first year in a long time that the Tigers have not embarrassed themselves.
The Yankees are not weak. I just hate them because they can afford anyone they want and build an all star team. Do I think it's fair they can afford anyone they want? No. Do I think there should be a salary cap for all teams? Yes. Are the Yankee's good? Yes..

Detroit will win it, my loyalty to them has finally paid off, people used to make fun of me and say, "The Detroit who?"

I disagree, while that is, often times, what a newly signed player would say, even though a lot of the reason people go places is monetary, the World Series reasoning is usually legit, especially with the Yanks. Whoever signs in NY KNOWS that the Yankees are going to be in the penant race and they'll always have at least a chance to win the World Series. They are few times that players go places that they know have no capability of winning just for the money, like an A-Rod to Texas scenario.
