I just got a PCI XTASY 9200SE at Best Buy for $50 and it doesn't even have a fan on it and I know overclocking makes it hotter, so if I added a fan, couldn't I overclock it safely quite easily?
Right?
Could someone please tell me how?
(That thread the speed stick made is gone thanks to the asswipe)
If you don't know how to, you probably shouldn't be doing it. ;)

I usually edit posts with swearing in my forum. ( It actually said everything you had , except with "asswipe" greyed out. (P.S. - Grey does note exist.)
The best overlocker for graphical cards would be "Powerstrip". You can get it here. PowerStrip (http://www.entechtaiwan.com/util/ps.shtm)
I would be cautious in overclocking, you card does not have an active (A fan) heatsink for your GPU on the Graphics card. And the Radeon 9200 is not a very speedy card, handicaped further by the SE symbols. Should have consulted someone before buying that card!
I suppose you could try to mount a fan, but I would be careful. There are almost "0" safe ways to pop off the old heant sink, so I would not reccomend attempting to remove it.

Hmmm
I have a 9800 pro so I never had a reason to overclock it.
There are radeon programs to overclock the older cards.

Yeah but it was dirt cheap nukeblaze. $70 with a $20 mail in rebate at best buy. It's PCI btw, and i had a bitch trying to find one for cheap (Canadian dollars)
See what I'm going to do is just get like 3 Big fan's and put em in my case and screw em to the case not directly on the card but only like 5 cm away. I figure I'll have some nice big fan's circulating and cooling my computerator that it should be fine.
Thanks for the link nukelbaze!
(not a typo...That's your new nickname)

^Thats should keep the Card cool. If I had a desktop computer I would go ahead and overclock my video card. But I have a laptop and can't risk killing the video card that is build into the processor.
If the video card is cheap and can be overclocked, I would try it out so you can get the feel of how to do it when it comes down to a good expensive video card.

I have a similiar graphics card (Ati9200SE stealth) its 128mb if yours is 128mb i dont see why you would want to overclock it in the first place unless you really wanna play a game at the highest resolution with decals on highest.
