This is not directly related to PlayStation 3, however it is E-mpire related. And this is the only area where I can reach some of the many Australian PSINext members in our community:

As you all know, I have a cartoon series in development called Throwback the Duck. I'm currently looking for an Australian Male (and possibly even Female) voice actor for a major character in the series.

I can't disclose who or what the character is as it is plot sensitive. But the person who would be a candidate for this role would need to be able to commit being accessible via phone/Internet connection at least for several years to come as more and more seasons are completed.

If you would like to know more info, you can ask here. If you would like to try out or submit a voice sample, please PM me. You can also use throwback@e-mpire.com.

No money is involved right now, but with TV hopeful possibilities down the road, star status and all of its related perks are definately in the works.

Thank you all for your time.

lol, i love it when americans say they can do any accent, and then they do an aussie accent and they just end up sounding like crocodile dundee...
"crickey, that's bonza! throw another shrimp on the barbie mate!".

we don't talk like that anymore ppl... ;)

heh, but i'm not an american; and, I don't bother trying doing an aussie accent, its easier to get on the beach saying you are american.

I want a kind of sophisticated, suave Australian voice if possible. Again, PM me if you're interested in trying out.

Kind of Bond-like/or Transporter-ish http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0005458/

I know both of those voices are British character but its the closest sound to what I want with a cocky, sophisticated Australian accent.
