Quick answer.

Cut out Carbs, Sugar and anything that's too fatty.

Run at least 3 times a week, start at 10 minutes for each run. Build it up to 30 minutes for each run once you start to become fitter.

:)

I should also mention that all the sit ups in the world don't mean shit if you don't have a good cardiovascular session going on. Focus on your running the most, as that shifts the most weight. That also includes Swimming, Cycling etc.

Yeah the sit ups wont make it go much without the running and stuff, i do run for about 20 minutes each morning but im fucked after that, being asthmatic doesnt help either lol, but ill keep going and hopefully get back into shape, also i cant swin cause i suck at swimming and i dont have a bike :(

Just stick with the running then, I've also heard that routine exercise can actually help with your Asthma.

Beer belly fat is different than normal fat. Do what the skanky bitches at my work do, just drink hard stuff from now on, speaking of beer...

I'd say that is what your main problem is Kay, you seem to eat a lot of Fast Food. There's nothing worse than it. Other than eating... Spoonfuls of Lard. Perhaps shit as well.

The problem is that you're consuming so many calories so late in the day. Basiclally, either starve yourself during the day, or consume less calories at night. And yeah, run a lot.

The documentary, "Super Size Me", comes to mind.

Thinking of the calorie counting, i was gonna try the atkins diet, and thats all about cutting out Carbs, it was all okay untill i realised how many of the foods i loved were full of Carbs, so now I have to get of my ass and Runmost mornings, Im also gonna do Kickboxing twice a week, Im hoping that keeps me fit!

Sit-ups alone won't do much. Lie face up on the floor, and keeping your back straight lift your legs up off the ground. Hold it a few inches above the floor for as long as you can. Keep breathing!

Rest, by raising your feet to 45 degrees. Hold again. Bring the feet back down to a few inches.

Repeat until you can't take it anymore.

Cycling > Running. Less strain on your knees. Swimming laps is your best option for cardiovascular because your turn stroke forces you to regulate your breathing.

As well as an active lifestyle, you need to not have a shitty diet. This doesn't mean no longer having the foods you enjoy, it's more realising that McDonalds is fucking shit and don't ever eat that shit ever again. Go somewhere else (this isn't to you really, just want the whole world to know one person at a time).

That's all I can think of off the top of my head.
