hey whats up i just wanted to give yall a heads up on this new hip hop compilation thats coming out. it has some really tight rappers on it... snoop, kurupt, bizzy bone, petey pablo and a bunch of other cats. i work with universal sometimes and they hooked it up today with a copy of this thing and it sounds really good. i really like the snoop song because it features eddie cane. anyway if you wanna check it out its called Top Doggs and i think its coming out within the next couple weeks.

Just a question, With R&B hip hop etc etc, whats with the whole Snoop Dog and Bow Wow names? Alot of people who sing RnB have really bazare names and I mean thats not to say that other bands that arnt RnB dont have wierd names, (e.g Goo Goo Dolls) But like 50cent,Diddy (a.k.a. Sean "Puffy" Combs, Puff Daddy, P. Diddy) , Ice Cube, Nate Dogg etc etc a very vast majority of people who sing the genre have bazare names.

Its probably because they want to be known but words that they find cool. I thought the same before and thats the best answer I could come up with.
