Gamefront put some screens of Unknown Realms (http://www.gfdata.de/archiv09-2006-gamefront/2177.html) which was formerly known as Monster Kingdom online.

Looking not too good though (IMO) and I really don't like the art design! -_-

Doesn't look that bad to me, it's just OK.

The game is still probably early in development. I suspect like the rest of PS3 games when the dev's get to a point they start offloading tasks to the SPU's and that's when we start seeing massive upgrades.

Whew, well that was quite the acid trip with those pictures. One second it's like... Hmm.. normal life... and then BAM it smacks you in your senses with increadibly bright and glowing things of a nondescript nature.

Game Republic should take their time with this one and polish it up as much as they can while they're finishing up on Genji 2.

Wow. That's an interesting looking game. I don't know too much about it, though.

Have they announced the genre it'd be?

I don't think so but i found this:
An action/adventure game by Kouji Okada (the father of the Shin Megami Tensei series) that takes you through seven mysterious and yet Earth-like worlds. The game features two main characters. Ellen, a shy college student who's studying comparative civilizations, receives a letter from her mom, who died when she was a child. The letter says "I want to meet you," and suggests that Ellen go to the town of Remrick. There, she meets Keats, a journalist who handles the occult corner of a magazine. He receives a phone call from an unknown girl asking for help. When he gets to Remrick, he finds that the girl has already been killed, and decides to start up an investigation.

That surely looks surrealistic. I need to see more from this title.

Does anybody know how the game plays? Hasn't there been a previous game with that title?

I personally think that it looks great, but I'd like to know more about it.

That game looks like Resident Evil 4 meets the Wizard of Oz.

Yea it doesn't look TOO bad, though I need to look at a lot more PS3 screens to form a better opinion.

Anyway, I wouldn't mind finding out a bit more about this one.

its looks better than that VG. come on look at it with fresh eyes and ignore the fact that its not intending to look real...

its looks better than that VG. come on look at it with fresh eyes and ignore the fact that its not intending to look real...It doesn't look like it's a near-finished game, so it just looks good for the time being.

And what the hell do you mean by "it's not intending to look real"? I'm afraid you're confusing me with "someone else"... When was the last time I criticised a fantasy game for not being realistic? :nono:
