I am considering the Dallas show on Oct 20. I would go for Relient K and Plain White T's.... plus i really wanna get my hands on some wii.

That is a pretty awful lineup of bands, but might be worth it to check out the wii.

Although it would be bad ass to play the Wii (they are also giving away free DS games to the first 50 people there), I could not stand to give money to those shitty bands.

Plus even the wii could not top the queensryche concert i'm going to on the 27th.

I can agree that i usually dont give a crap for the highlight band, which is in this case hawthorne heights. Relient K is quite talented though, and I started listening to plain white ts a few months ago and they arent bad at all.

Last time they had Thursday, Thrice, and some other band, and people complained. wtf

People complain because of the lack of diversity in the line up. They might as well call is Emo Tour 06, or Warped Tour 06, pt.II.

Hell no they didn't, I'd know considering they are my two favorite bands. They were last together on on Taste of Chaos (Thursday was only in Canada there), and Nintendo Fusion Tour last year was Fall Out Boy, Boys Night Out, Motion City Soundtrack, and Panic At the Disco.

Yeah why is Nintendo trying to appeal to the MTV audience? I thought there new slogan was kind of everyone can play. Even grandparents.

We can argue for days wether emo bands suck or not. But in the end, i'm still not going to listen to them and i'm not going to nintendo fusion tour until they get some bands I that don't sound like they just picked up their instruments and thought they should start a band before even learning to play.

Hawthorne Heights is a hole. A friend of mine used to Live there and it was incredibly boring.

thats because thats what they are aiming for. you shouldnt really expect anything else. if you dont like that type of music, oh well. the bands do seem a bit too emo for me. I would definitly prefer something like Less Than Jake, MxPx, NoFX, Alkaline Trio, A Wilhelm Scream, etc.

Where is Relient J. he would be ecstatic. As for Relient K, they have been playing since high school in ohio. they write their own music. and they are easy to listen to...I just dont like it when they incorporate a lot of christianity into their music. it makes me feel guilty.

Next year I am predicting Yellow Card as the highlight band. Im suprised they have played at one of these yet. that would be a terrible show considered Yellow Card LIVE equals crap.

While that may be true, most of those bands are still awful when it comes to the music they make. Especially emo heights.
