View Full Version : Yet another amazing Honda comercail that we dont get...
Well, at least it makes sense. this is for their new 2.2 liter diesel that isn't sold in the states, but it is rumored that it might be coming sometime with Honda's next generation of the Pilot SUV. Anyway, great comercial and if the engine does come over, this is such an amazing comercial for it, well, enough of my talk, enjoy.

Oh God, I hate that advert. I don't often use the word gay as an insult, but that advert is unbelievably homosexual (in a very insulting sense).
At first I thought this thread was about an amazing Honda. Very confused, I was.
god that is an annoying advert, thankfully they dont show it much anymore

We have this ad fr Honda and this man with a moustache goes from riding a bycycle to a postie bike to a racing bike to a tractor to a car etc and ends up in a huge hot air baloon.
Its not as gay as that.

I hope to see more diesels over here soon, but if I want a diesel in a car (not a truck), then I think BlueTec is the only way to go for this upcoming model year. :(
Heh, i thought most people would get a kick out of it, i thought it was amazing personally.
Let Gekiga In-Bluetec is your only option sadly as Volkswagon is backing out of the diesel market as well. However thats not to say that its bad, i think that the E320 Bluetec is one of the best cars in its class, but i would personally rather have that engine in say, the SLk :D And yea, we need more diesels here, the new diesel Civic is a great car, too bad its not over here.

Honda makes pretty good ads. I'll never forget the first time I saw the "Isn't it great when things just work?" one.

That was pretty sick. "Sprocket" was its name, i think.
Anyways, I liked that commercial. Pretty clever and catchy. Liked the art style, too.

^Maybe, but i bet you also feel like all of those deisel stereotypes were completely missplaced and just dont apply anymore (well, at least to this Honda engine)

I also heard that VW is going keep a lot of 2006 diesel models in stock to sell this year. I hope this is true.
