Now many of us are getting the PS3 right when it launches, but after spending close to $800, I really am not looking to get 3-4 games, so if you had to make a choice which game would it be, MS or R:FOM?

I live in Brazil so no way I´ll be getting the PS3 @ launch, but if I could I´d definately get Motorstorm :)

I love racing games and Motorstorm looks absolutely gorgeous and seems very funny too :)

Oh...I thought it was a release game. I was leaning towards R:FOM anyways, as that seems to be the most appropriate title to play multiplayer with you guys.

MOTORSTORM has a December realease fellas^as stated above. Along w/F1 and Fatal Inertia currently...

I not buying the December release for Motorstorm, but that would be nice.

I see the game being delayed past the new year. I believe it was only 65% complete at TGS, so it will be awhile longer IMO.

And I thought it was announced at TGS that Fatal Inertia and Motorstorm were being delayed till Spring next year? Maybe that official site you keep quoting for release dates hasn't been updated yet...

Well, I prefer Motorstorm, but was planning on both since I expect both to be winning titles and awesome in their own right.

But it's off the launch? Oh well... that's too bad, because I wanted to come home with it.

Maybe that official site you keep quoting for release dates hasn't been updated yet...I'm not about to do any research but I recall in an interview they were aiming to get Fatal Inertia out in 06. F1 and MotorStorm are currently still slated for 06. It's likely it might get pushed back again-but I think that's what they are at least saying right now. Day 1 tho-I would expect Resistance, Oblivion(if u haven't played it) and or Ridge Racer would be a nice package to take home...

I doubt Motorstorm would get pushed back, not sure about Fatal Inertia though. Motorstorm looks pretty ready at TGS.

Okay it seems like MS is not a launch title, so do we have a launch lineup list? If not you guys have any clue as to when they are planning on telling us what's coming out on launch day?

October Sony Conference should do that trick.

If not, then it's a matter of walking to the shops and seeing the launch games yourself on the 17th November lol (March if you are in Europe of course).

you are talking about two different genre here. they wau to chose between those is which do you rather be playing more; a FPS or an arcade racer?

as for me, I'll be getting both. if there is a title I doubt I'll be getting is WarHawk. although I admire it very much technically, it didn't click for me from gameplay or fun-factor. guess it'll be one of those titles I'll need to persally check at the store.

I choose you pikac... I mean... uhh... Motorstorm!

I don't purchase shooters very often. The only shooter on the PS2 I had was Killzone and I got that only about two months ago.
