PS3 Launch Day

How will you be rollin to the store on PS3 launch day to get your PS3, controller, and probably some games? Which will probably totoal up to $100 for osme the most. Now you should see where im going with this, $1000 worth of merchandise, tons of people...SAFETY!!! You better bring a gun, knife, baseball hat, crew, WHATEVER lol! How will you go?

I'm going with my crew, going to a Best Buy in Baltimore, doing the camping thing and then getting some PS3's. Gonna be a hell of a time. Trying to show up the day before early and hopefully being the first ones there.

Cool you live in MD, me too. I never tried camping before, but im only 15 and I doubt my mom would let me. Buts it IS on a friday so. But I dont need to camp anyway. Frosty got me covered. Thanks again lol.

But I think, no I BET there will be allot of stuff on the news about this and I BET some1 might get killed, injured, robbed at gunpoint, or something!

Hmm yeah, I wouldn't doubt it happening at all. It's going to be absolutely insane out there, especially with the Wii launching two days afterwards. That's why I am traveling with my friends, to avoid the potential craziness.

I know but you will still have PS3 and Wii people camping out at least 2 weeks before. Maybe 1 week the most. So there will be PS3 fans and Wii fans in line together for at least 3 days or something lol. It will all start like this:

PS3 Fan and his buddies:Man the PS3 is sick dude! The motion sensor and all that is so cool

Wii Fan:Well Sony stole that form the Wii anyway, the PS3 will fail. You all are idots if your gonna buy one.

But not in the concentration that they will be on this day. Yeah people buy $3000 televisions from Best Buy, but how many a day? Few. Very few, as most people that go into Best Buy or Circuit City will come out with a couple cd's, maybe a game, or some headphones. Not to mention when you buy a big television or appliance there is usually at least one or two employees that carry it out with you to help you to your car, and places that big often have cameras all over the perimeter, unlike Gamestop or wherever else.
