Um, I think some are the game and some are real life. Scrutinize the trees in each shot. You'll see differences. There's NO WAY all of those are the game, or my head is gonna explode.
EDIT:
1 and 3 are gameplay.
The others are reference photos. The lighting is too perfect, and there's no way the texture resolution on the ground is anything but a photograph.
Damn good regardless.

I do enjoy the bricks they have there in the screenshots. Looks pretty decent, but the real question is, how is it going to play?

Actually... those shots do look like they mixed in screenshots with reference pics. For example: look at the differences between the 3rd and 5th shot. That is basically the same shot, but one in-game, the other real. The backboard has logos on the screenshot, not in the real one. The banner has painted on wrinkles, the real one does not.
Look again, like stated before, the first pic and the 3rd pic are in-game, the rest are real photographs, or CGI.
Edit: haha, now that I look at it, the car changed too. Different car altogether in the in-game shot.

Errr right, we know. The bricks still look good. =P
Pictures 1 and 3 are the actual game (Could still be CGI though), the rest are actual photographs.

^ Okay we got that, stop repeating the same points.
This is the only game I love coming from EA (actually by EA BIG) and since it's looking this good, I can't wait!
They better not fuck the PS3 version up!

The character models don't look that great. Which is kind of weird, since the graphics (the models and lighting) in NBA Live 07 are absolutely amazing.
