Which game has the best graphics...

...out of the games that are going to be released this year. I havent seen much of HALO 2 or Doom 3 other than pics. Just out of curiosity, how do those games rank against Resident Evil 4?

When seen in motion RE4 is deffinatly not number 1. The clarity of the others as well as the animation is why they take the cake. Although what I saw where the PC versions and not running on the Xbox.

i think the clearity of the video might have an effect. The video was like 320x320 or something, and it wasnt really high quality of what it really would look like.

I would say probably Doom III because it is on a computer and when it is maxed out, it is the best. I have not seen nothing on Halo 2 or Resident Evil 4.

Doom 3, HL2, then Halo 2.

D3 has a normal map, and a set of bump maps for everything in the game. That game is VERY VERY VERY pretty.

HL2, its great in graphics, but to tell ya the truth it doesn't stand a chance against D3. D3 is just so damn pretty.

Halo 2 might take the crown from them, but so far I havent seen anything new SP since E3. And E3 demo wasnt far behind HL2 or D3.

Halo 2 looks far better then RE4. I mean RE4 is in very small pre rendered areas, while Halo 2 takes place in large areas. Large areas that are all just as beutiful as RE4 are much better then RE4 in its tiny enviorments.

Nothing in RE4 is pre rendered, that is all real time and not tiny.

Still the graphics in it are better then Dead or Alive 3. It will deffinatly be the best looking fighting games, and that will make it on the graphic whore list. Everything is looking so beatiful.

Hopefully the Panzer Dragoon Sequal will be there. The xbox one is still one of the most beautiful games ever made.

They only released 5,000 in america. Just like with Shining Force 3 and Burning Rangers.

It's a real shame to cause all them sold out right away and that was it. They were all amazing games.

I think on the console side its Resident Evil 4 so far. That could change though at E3 when they show Metroid Prime 2. Unless they upgrade Halo 2 a bit i still think people are overrating it graphically. Go back and look at the E3 demo and look at how horribly fake the fire looks in the game. On the other hand RE4 has probalby the most realistic looking fire ever.
