Hi just thought i would try and start a thread where everyone talks about the games they want to see on ps3, which havent been shown yet.
I will start with Silent Hill 5, i was expecting a trailer at e3 and then again at tgs but so far nothing. According to wiki its in production on ps3 and will be a return to the style SH2.

What other games do you guys wanna see some info on?

Where is a Sony RTS to compete with Halo RTS, BFME2, and C&C3? PC gamers will go for 360 without some competition. How about console exclusivity for Warcraft 4 or a Diablo RTS? An announcement like that would sell a few million consoles. Hell, I'll settle for a port of Warcraft 3 with high-rez art as a Sony-store game...

While we're at it, wthi Starcraft 2 or Diablo 3. Blizzard, get busy with something besides WOW.

Where are the Japanese RPGs? I would have expected a major one at launch.

Where are the adventure games? Sony has nothing to compete with Zelda at launch (or ever really, though SOTC was fantastic).

but if you are asking me for the most anticipated news or announcements on PS3 games, I would have to say Ace Combat, Silent Hill, God of War 3, SOCOM (and going on to mention every good PS1/PS2 game again...).

I wouldn't really pass judgement on Lair because really we've only seen one level. Not even enough to get a good idea of the final game.

I don't really see it being a Dynasty warriors in the air..but thats just my judgement from the one level they've shown. Lair is still up in the air for me though. Beside the huge environments shown in that level i haven't seen anything that really makes me think it'll be amazing. But thats just my early impressions from the few videos i've seen. I've got faith that it'll be great though. I think we'll be hearing more about these games soon...especially if they don't get delayed. Which is exciting because we've all see how far MotorStorms came over several months.

Killzone, The Getaway, Warhawk (well it gets shown more often) and Eight Days are the ones I really want to see. Nothing has been shown except 1 trailer for each and a few tech demos for the last two, and that was like... a long damn time ago.

I'm not bashing Sony. I just think that alot of the features the PS3 is going to get should've been there out of the box. Couple that with the $500-600 price tag, and yeah - people are gonna see it as a half-assed product.
