Medievil makes its way onto the Sony Playstation store availible to download onto the Sony PSP. For those who remember it's a hack and slash about how the wizard has returned from the dead with a mind for vengeance, and you've been brought back from the dead to stop him.:pleased:

Awesome! This game was great back in the day. :)
I can't wait to get hold of my PS3. By the time March rolls around, there's going to be so much i want to get for it.

There already is Medievil for PSP, I don't really see the point, seeing as the PSP version should be graphically better!

I want a PS3 version...even if it's a remake. Imagine how cool it would be with Tim Burtonesque stop-motion visuals.

this is the same as offering Tekken 2 when Tekken:DR is incredible on PSP.
it's called fan-service and franchise support. ;)

My point is, they should be working on making PS1 games that don't already have a PSP counterpart ;)

Think stan has a point, the japanese store has a much better selection of PS1 games I think. They got the excellent Silent Bomber and Jumping Flash. \^_^/

medievil was brilliant, it was so much fun and kept my interest for hours on end, they need to make another one! I love the history stuff too.

I agree. that is just some marketing move for them especially since the PSP already has a name. something about sequels having a better sale chance. now PSP has two Medieval games.
and yes; obviously PSOne has much more interesting games than Medieval. they should make all the games available universally as apposed to unilaterally. just put a sign there that says "Japanese Langage" or something.
added:
another point that I didn't think about at the time of my last post is that these previous PSOne games can be seen arcade/simple games that tells you how it all began. what if some people don't want to pay full price for a game like Medieval or Tekken or Ridge Racer? instead of giving a game a rental or missing out on it, you can by the 'old-school' version of it and keep it with you indefinitely.
keep in mind that these are via online only and they are cheap.

Can't they please stop making remakes of ME1, and start working on ME3!?!?!
I'm tired of buying the same game over and over again, I already own the original PSX version, and it's great. Move on, please!!! I need ME3!!!

the problem is, that costs more money and has less return then porting the same game 100 times over. Unfortunately.

I know, but ME has a big cult fanbase, so if an ME3 was released, it'd be snapped up faster than they could put it on the shelves!!
Please, SCEI!! If you do it, I promise to buy, 10, no 20 copies of the game!!!!
I NEED MY MEDIEVIL FIX

Might be worried about getting sued by Tim Burton...
