Hey fellas, I recently popped Linux onto my PS3, but I can't get those internet functions to work in my Fedora 5 core...

I used this guide for my installation, and put in the codes in the terminal on that page I linked above, but I still can't use Firefox -- do I need to change anything for my router, or is there something I'm missing? Also, do I need to do it every single time I boot up Linux? Need help :(

Also, random question -- are there any drivers that let me use my PS3 controller as a mouse in linux? That would be great...

what sort of router/modem do you have? you only have to type the commands once and then a reboot. Also is the router connected to the ps3 or a computer?

Is it wireless? *shivers* at how many problems there are with wireless on Linux...

No, it isn't wireless. It's a Netgate RP614 or something like that, and I have no problems at all connecting my PS3 to play online with it.

When I shut down linux, it fails at shutting down one of my NetworkManager items, is that a problem?
