Hi,
I noticed on qj.net that a programmer named "Jurai" released a PS3 compiled version of AdvanceMame. However, after I downloaded the files I couldn't get them to do anything at all.

I was wondering if someone else here has had any success with this program, and if so, could you provide a walkthrough of sorts explaining how you did it?

Thanks,
Azel

Hi "Yes it's me",

Thanks for the reply.

The file can be found at the following address
http://dl.qj.net/AdvanceMame-.106-PS3-Binary-Linux-Tools-PlayStation-3/pg/12/fid/11370/catid/514

Unfortunately it doesn't come with a readme, which is one of the reasons I couldn't get it to do anything. If you look on the above sites forum some people are talking about using other front ends and stuff like that, but it all makes no sense to me :(

Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Azel

Thanks for checking that out for me. It looks like the guy on that forum had the exact same problem I had.

Unfortunately for me, as soon as anything goes into the "do something in the cmd. box", I'm out of the game.

I guess I'll just have to wait a year for the PS3 homebrew scene to pick up pace like the PSP one.

Thanks again.
