I know the PSN is down today, but last night I was tring to log in to my account, and it told me wrong password, don't know how that could be cause I only use one password for everything, and have been for yrs. Is there a way to get my password to my email or something?
Isn't there a "forgot password" link? I thought I remember putting in a secret question when setting up my account.

I've looked and can't find that link. it just gives you all the account management options and every one goes to enter your password screen with no help. Should I just delete my profile?

Doesn't seem to be a problem on the PS3 side of things. Unless you meant the PSN being down for a day.

he didn't forget his p/w, the system said he forgot it when he didn't.

Okay, well called them up, and they took my info and will call me back in 24-48 hours. Let's see if they keep their word.

i hate contacting global companies, i am having a problem with my monitor so i had to email viewsonic and they never replied so i had to call them and stay in queue for 30 mins or so till i got answered!
it seems like when you call a global business, you are talking to a brick wall.
If you get a reply/call back, i will be surprised, and impressed.

No, he can't see my password, they wrote it off as being a problem on their servers, he asked me if I answered my security question, but I couldn't see it. Neither could I see the "forgot your password" link. He tells me it could have been the servers being too busy. Whatever it was i got a new password.
