In my checking, i have $36.20

In my savings, i have $902.96

I do get a paycheck tomorrow, which is probably gonna be about $300. I just paid tuition, which was just under $800. Then there was christmas. Then I spent like $500 on Wii and over $500 on my new TV. I also got that HD DVD player for my 360.

Im not spending a crap load of money until I need to for the summer.... and even after that I wont be spending any. I need to start saving.

about £800. (about $1500? remember though, stuff is generally more expensive over here)

that has to last me till the end of march. i've paid my rent for this semester, so its all gonna go on food and booze. i'll probably be in debt by then.

Uhh, I think about $785.

It'll take me a while before I have enough for a tv I want.

About $3000, and I'm sitting on 95 dollars in my wallet. I have no real job.

P.S., I haven't opened my birthday presents yet, and since I almost asked for nothing I'm sure there's a decent sum of money there too.

P.P.S. $100.

About $1900.

The total drops and rises frequently as I often use this account to buy anything I should happen to want/need and refill it from working (I make $7.15 an hour but have had some days where I make up to $60 in tips). So that all goes in there.

I promised myself I'm not going to buy ANYTHING until God of War II comes out. Hopefully, I can actually keep a promise to myself for once.

I have exactly $130 in my bank account right now. Thats the way it is when you fund your own higher education...and it probably doesnt help I just picked up a 360, paid my insurence and car lease all in one week.

In my checking like -5.20 or something dumb like, im terrible with keeping it in check.

In my savings a little over $3000 that i am going to be putting in a CD since i have nothing better to do with it and id rather not spend it on the Wii or other video game related stuff.

Best of all, however, is my buddy just hooked me up with a job at a Hotel that he works at, ill be making 13 an hour to answer phones and do my homework, woot

Right now I have about $3500 but will be getting a check which should be high. A bunch of people just quit in the shop I work at so they called me in on my 2 days off which was yesterday and today and paid me time and a half on $16.50 for 7 hour each day. Its so awesome.

I invested my first 20k I made into GIC so I don't have to think about saving money to retire now.

It was either buy a brand new BMW F 650 GS Dakar or make awesome and perfect visits to my perfect, amazing girlfriend!!! I chose the latter, and I still think it is the better decision. :) :) :)

It's not you and your girl could break up but your car will be with you forever or well until it breaks down and you get another one :-p

Well, I don't think a car would stay with me forever since the BMW I mentioned is a motorcycle. ;)

Just checked and I'm sitting pretty at $0.02. I love living on the edge. Although my PayPal account has $1.51 in it with like $30-$40 coming soon due to some eBay auctions.

I should finally go apply at McDonalds...

After recently buying a bed, paying the dentist fee (a private dentist fee) and 3 weeks future rent, not much really, i generally have between £500-£1000 a week in, i spend a couple hundred on clothes, booze and entertainment (not prostitutes)

dentist cost me £135
bed cost £300

thankfully im in a position where 85% of my wages go to me spending on crap i dont need, and at a weekly pay its not too bad

It's more of a sitting down stool integrated into a footstool. Basically the only thing I've been able to find in this state that I can rest my foot on and is adjustable (like a billion different ways to set it)

140 australian too.

^ That's what I did.

I have about 200 in my checking right now, and just got a 400 dollar paycheck today, and I'll get about 200 more in a check tomorrow. 200 of that will go to my car payment on the third.

So, about 600 bucks, in short.

I used to overdraw my account all teh time, but I've made changed in the way I do things. -250 will teach you that.

In savings, I had about 3,000, but I transferred 1,500 of that to a CD, and used 500 for my college tuition, and gave my parents the thousand. They fell on some hard times, and since I still live there, and eat their food, and they paid about 40 large for my highschool edumacation, i figured I owed them.

For some reason, I'm not at all worried about being in the Red. It might be down to me having £1,500 coming in in April bringing me back into the Black. If I didn't have anything of that size coming in, then I'd be bothered about being £500 in the Red, as I only earn about £100 a week at the minute.

(My overdraft is interest free, another reason it doesn't bother me too much.)

£91.53 in my account, and about £300 in my wallet. Could do with getting a job really.

I have a career so I guess I am out, but between the following...

Checking Accounts (2)
Local Bank
USAA (does not have a local branch/international)

Savings Accounts (3)
USAA General Savings
USAA Home Maintenance
GMAC Long-Term/Emergency Savings

We do pretty well. We typically keep low amounts in checking since interest builds crappy there. We also have a few longer term investments...Money Markets, IRAs, etc.

Dwhitten
01-31-2007, 04:01 PM
$344- Savings

$1,100- Checking (Always keep it there because things get automatically taken out like car payment, phone payment and ect.)

$2,400- Vacation Club account(I made this account as my primary savings because it collects more interest and when it hits $5,000 i'm going to put it in a cd also just like one below.

$5,000- In a 1 year cd which is fixed at 4.15 interest.

About $100, but that's because I find it necessary to buy games every week.I used to have that probelm too...

Then I decided to play the games I already have instead of continuously buying new ones.

I think it's saved me like $500.
