Comes with demo disks. I like demo disks.
I actually resubscribed to OPM Aussie as I missed the magazine, even though the demo disks are rehashes and the reviews aren't worth reading.
Dear Valued Subscriber,
I'm pleased to inform you that Official PlayStation 2 Magazine has been relaunched this month as Official PlayStation Magazine. Rather than being specifically PS2-focused the new magazine will cover all three PlayStations - PS3, PS2 and PSP. To celebrate the launch we have increased the mag from 100 pages to a 150-page super issue, where you'll find extensive coverage for whichever PlayStation you own. As well as the increased size we have also gathered a range of free posters and discount coupons to further enhance the value for you.
We are also working closely with Sony on a new demo disc for the magazine but because the PS3 is still in the process of being launched, demo discs were not able to be produced for the first issue. We expect to have playable demo discs included with either issue #3 or issue #4 of Official PlayStation Magazine. The disc will definitely have playable PS3 demos on it - something we're really excited to be able to offer. We're also working on having the disc being a dual-format DVD that is compatible with both PS2 and PS3 consoles and has playable demos for both.
I sincerely hope you enjoy the new Official PlayStation Magazine even more than you enjoyed Official PlayStation 2 Magazine and I thank you for your patience as we finalise the new demo discs.
