Well, I got an idea about the ad. See, when I showed it today, I wondered about the 'gameshow host' that is being mentioned. So I thought: who would that be in the Playstation world? I thought about Buzz - the game. Haven't had time thinking and watching the trailer again, but maybe all the characters could be related to actual Playstation games? Just a rough idea...

I just saw the first PS3 TV advert featuring gameplay footage. It was F1 CE and it looked awesome!

I'm glad they're showing game footage because I was a bit afraid that they might be just showing the this is living teaser, which I don't think will help sell more systems than the games will.

Wow, the polish on that main video was great. I honestly thought I was watching a movie trailer (like how sometime sites make you do before you get to see the real video you want to watch). I mean, I really thought it was going to end with a movie title advertisement and then it would go on to another video. But when it said "This is Living", I was blown away. It really seemed like that could have been a movie preview with a cast of those characters - kind of like those ones that concentrate on just one part of the movie to give you a taste instead of showing you almost the whole story. I can't really come up with what it all meant, but it was well done and got my attention and that is a big thing that marketers shoot for.
