EODM are fucking amazing live. I saw them back in November, and they kicked all kinds of ass.

hahaha, i got a lapdance last night.
what a waste of money.

it was a good night, though.

anyway, i'll elaborate.

we got there pretty early so we were near the front, good thing, too cause jesse came out and spoke to everyone at the front, we exchanged pleasantries and he signed the dollar bill i had in my wallet. my friend wore his glasses for a bit as well. he has prescription lenses in his aviators!

once they started, everything went mental. the crowd were great, it was apparently the biggest audience they have ever played to for their own show and they loved every second of it, the crowd spent a lot of time just screaming and chanting jesse's name.
he was giving it all the "you're the best crowd ever" stuff, but i think he almost meant it last night.

afterwards, we came back to mine, got drunk then went off to the afterparty, which just happened to be at the caged asylum (a metal club with a lapdancing lounge.)
i had a lapdance, which was totally pointless. cost me ten quid!
the band were apparently there, but by the time we got there they had retired to the VIP lounge with a few of the dancers. bastards.

then we came back to mine, had a bit of a smoke and went to bed.

so yeah, all in all, a good night.

Eww Eagles of Death Metal. I saw them open for The Strokes. It sounded horrible. Maybe the accoustics were bad.
