Basic requirements are a 360 and a PC... as well as a bunch of other stuff, but those are a must. You can read more about it here:

It is pretty much a way for amatuer game designers to show off their stuff. I have some knowledge with programming and 3d software, but really don't know where to begin. i am going to look into it more during spring break.

I just started a Games Design course at uni, so soon Ill be wanting to get into this. I have a couple of ideas but nothing really solid, so im not going to expand on them until i know what im doing.

well, im not even a "pro" at anything... i understand most basic concepts of programming and 3d software... i plan on just learning everything on my own as i go.
