^agreed. That mouth is way too small for Venom. Then again, the body is still pretty small since Venom is pretty buff. Also, I sure hope they add the tongue with the green saliva.

As for the mouth, Im sure with CGI in motion the mouth will be widened and altered since there are no restraints if they go that route. Plus, if its like the old show or comics the mouth opens up wide enough for the head of the host to be seen. That Venom art really nailed him right on the nose and Grace looks just like I imagined he would!


I love this approach too, Anti-Peter Parker/anti-Spiderman Eddie Brock. It really makes this interesting story especially with factors like Gwen Stacy and Mj.

i am really amped to see him in action now, i hope they put enough of him in this film and not just put the start of the fight scene in at the end and then leave it another 2 years till Spiderman 4

The trailer that was aired at Wondercon 07 ended with a small scene of Venom being transformed and his claw like hand right above Spiderman just as he looks up to be grabbed by the head and pulled upwards ending the trailer.

It hasnt leaked to the net yet (as far as I know, Ive been looking) but if you want to see it, it will be attached to 300 which opens this Fri. This movie looks awesome anyway so the new Spidey 3 trailer is a big bonus, especially finally seeing Venom in motion!

Yeah, looking at the concept art, I think the 9th and 10th pics (the ones that Crow posted) are not a representation of what he'll look like in the movie.

I think they're just going to computer generate his jaw, because even in the video, his mouth doesn't look like that.
