I remember reading it took months before PS2 had its first 1 million seller too. Funny, considering the hardware sales were higher than PS3's at the same point.

I'm not too sure about other games, but GTA: LCS sold more than 3 million only in the US and Europe a long while ago.

That's just Japan. PSP has at least 4 world wide million sellers.

that was indeed PS2's first million seller. and it wasn't even a launch title- which leads me to believe PS3 made its first platinum title faster than PS2.

talking of which, I remeber the first time I've seen the game in action in a store. the first thing I said was: "this is freakin' next-gen!". the light effects, smooth movements, in-game cut-scene graphics and animation. everything was showing. of course TTT was a killer as well, but I am talking about more than just a 3d fighter.

No one's saying that there's an abundance of games out for PS3 right now.

Motorstorm, Genji, and Resistance are the only major titles out, and we understand that.

The game is AWESOME on superhuman. It's honestly scary, scarier than Silent Hill or some other stuff like that. :D Definitely deserves to sell many millions, it's such a great game even in single-player and with the online being so polished it's crazy it's a release title.
