GTA was never famous for it's graphics.

If you meant gameplay wise, how the hell can you know with no detial on neither of the games.

I'm very very very excited to see what R* does with GTA4 GAMEPLAY.
in SA you could do anything with everything basically so I'm excited to see how they take that to the next level the GTA way.

Not to mention the story is always on level if not better than most classic Hollywood crime 'kicks' and this one looks no different.
