tht if u catch the cat on photo channel he gives helpful hints about the wii and its features? one of the things he says is "the 1 and 2 buttons prove useful while watching movies"... I can't quite figure this one out... anyone help?

If you got a movie on you SD card in the wii format 1 and 2 are fast forward and rewind. I keep the No More Heros trailer on my card to show ppl.
Theres a few video converters out there i think wii video 9 is what i used im too lazy to check right now.
