1UP Show is well produced, and comes in almost watchable video quality (640x360 low bitrate WMV, pop it in your 360 to watch on your TV, lovely jubbly).

On the Spot has awful, awful video quality, so bad you can't really see the games, is way too long, and has non existant production values. God knows how they'll fill 90 minutes now we're into the slow summer months.

Anything from G4 makes you want to throw stuff at your TV.

The 1UP Weekly Show is good but very dry and stilted. Nice video quality though.

So it's the best of the bunch really.

Luke Smith was referred to as an asshole by Perrin Kaplan over at nintendo when he told her why not just bring waggle over to the gamecube instead of releasing the wii. I agree, the guy's not only an asshole, he revels in his asshole status.

Shane seems as if he is playing a role more so than actually speaking his mind (and to a lesser extent Kim but he isnt any where near as flamboyant).

I am guilty of knowing most of the 1up yours podcast people because I do like that show minus the ps3 jabbing that used to happen almost every show but is strangely absent lately. Though as of late I am starting to care even less about negative ps3 news because the games are doing the talking.

Well, when Che or whatever his name was gave launch 360 games high ratings (He's responsible for the diabolical Perfect Dark Zero getting a 9.0) they gave him the job as community manager for the guys who make Forza 2.

They'll no doubt give him a similar job at Bungie.

There's a great deal of that going on. Presents, pay off, job offers, all to get your game a high score, or get your spin on a story. Even offers of sex I've been told.
