Don't think Watford have any chance this game. They will probably battle for 20-30mins before they concede, and then after that, we will run riot.

i dont think Watford have a chance without Ben Foster

Man utd will win without a doubt, i just think alot of people arnt giving watford the credit they deserve

Crow

they deserve credit, i meant they got where they did above teams like Arsenal, Liverpool, Bolton etc...personally i still think Blackburn could do something special against Chelsea

Fuck if I put a £1000 on Watford, I can come away with £12000!!
Hell even if I put a mere £50, I get £600 (Odds are 12/1)!

Hm.....C'MON WATFORD!!!

Crow

Watford 1 - 4 Man Utd

Wasn't the match I quite expected, but the scoreline says enough. Watford played pretty well for certain periods.

I stopped watching once it went to 3-1, I knew it was over at that point. Shame really, for the first 15 minutes of the second half (or however long it took Utd to score) it was a pretty decent contest.

Man Utd v Chelsea in the final then I guess?

Hopefully Blackburn are at their best tomorrow and cause an upset.

Or just get lucky.

Man Utd. v Chelsea would make for a better final though.

Preety much like i said really, the scoreline didn't reflect the game...utd were easily the better team but i think 4-1 was abit flattering tbh...

Watford done us proud, just some silly defensive mistakes, and a quality team like utd will punish you...

Man utd is unstoppable this season, I somehow wonder whether they can win 3 cups like what they had achieved in 1999

Matt
04-21-2007, 08:28 PM
They were unstoppable, but the last two Premiership matches, they've lost to Portsmouth, and they've just drawn with Middlesbrough. It's going to be a lot closer than it should be.

Also, sorry Kay. If it's any consolation, you've got like double the points Sunderland got last season ;-]

From an fa cup semi final to relegation within a week...:(

But hey tbh, we knew we were down a few months ago, alot of decisions went against us throughout the season and silly mistakes lost us crucial points...They are mistakes which you cannot make in the premiership...

...We'll be back

And yes, but sunderland are also going to get promoted so that kinda evens things out :(

Matt

I get the feeling that the last relegation spot will be decided on the final day. I just hope we're not the ones taking that place!

Kay B

forget the relegation battle....its FUCKING close at the top

1 Man Utd 34 82
2 Chelsea 33 78

Chelsea with a game in hand, can close the gap to just ONE pt if they win tomorow...whoever wins when they play each other will win the league...

Though charlton and westham will also go down...

Thanks Kay :thumbr:

But yea, the title race has suddenly become a lot more interesting. Looks like the Chelsea v Man Utd match is going to be a pretty damn important one now.

So, the big question: Who do you think will win it?

Kay B
04-22-2007, 12:34 AM
Mn utd will still win it imo...tbh i can see chelsea man utd being a draw as both teams are goona be cautious and try and catch each other on the break.

Plus...Chelsea still have arsenal to play before that, though tbh that game could mean nothing anyway

Matt

The way Arsenal have been playing, and what's happened over the last week or so, I'd put my money on 3 points for Chelsea.

Anyway, it makes a nice change for the title race to be so close again.

Well, well, well. Who'd of thought? Chelsea drew on a day they needed 3 points. Such a shame.

Anyway, I god damn hope Charlton don't go down. What happened to West Ham getting 3 points deducted?

Kay B

I think the fa just felt sorry for them so let it go lol...

...No i think the whole mascarano/tevez thing is being sorted once the season is over so they could start next season on -3...if they are deducted

That's a load of crap. Why do it next season when it happened this season?

Ravster

Yes, exactly.

I'm just complaining since I don't want them to leapfrog Charlton.

That's a load of crap. Why do it next season when it happened this season?

Because the court case is a long one, alot has to be discussed beforehand and it wouldn't be solved by the end of the season as everyone is blaming someone else so they have to investigate
