How do i refund a purchase i make through the playstation store, ive been up and down the internet and nobody seems to be able to figure it out...

What, you mean get your money back after you buy something? No can do.

BUT, if you mean that you want to add funds via a card in order to buy something, just add the content to your cart and at the checkout the exact amount of the purchase will be deducted from your registered card (unlike those other guys who force you to add $10 or $20 no matter what).
