SNAKEBALL

Snakeball is simply the funkiest online sport ever created.

Glide across an outlandishly dazzling disco floor on a bizarre hoversnake, snapping up coloured balls to score points,
while other snakeballers attempt to knock you off the top spot with flicks from their multicoloured tails or blasts from their weapons.

Choose from a variety of Snakeball riders – and if you want something more personal,
you can map your own face onto a rider with the next-generation PLAYSTATION®Eye USB camera.

Three game modes: feed the snake to make it grow as long as possible in one-player mode;
take on the fiendish defences of each arena in Challenge Mode;
or battle up to eight other Snakeballers from around the world in Online Mode.

Snakeball is exclusive to PSN and will arrive in the PlayStation Store this summer.

This looks like a hybrid 3d version of snake? And aren't those balls Sony Ericsson's logo. I'm more interested in Stardust.

AH! THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT I THOUGHT!
I don't think anything can beat TS2's Anaconda though just out of the fact that its pure simplicity was gold (plus the music, haha).

Wow, I love the art direction in this game. It's very classic Bomberman which is something not even Bomberman can do nowdays.

this looks interesting and funny. nice features too. I also hope that every PSN game would have multiplayer both online and off with leader boards and what not. these things should be standard.

Interesting. Who knows how good it'll be, we'll all have to try it.

I'm personally just glad that the fruits of Sony's labour is starting to show. I would expect that we're gonna hear a lot of new stuff popping up all over PSN. Home is going to be wicked, I am completely confident that the PS3 is going to continue to move in the right direction.

PSN is taking off faster than what I had originally planned as far as new titles are concerned. Hopefully Skateball turns out ok.

This game needs custom soundtracks so I can play it with the Anaconda theme, then. FRD made the soundtracks available on their website :-D

I think this game looks fun -- it has a clean, sharp look to it and I hope the gameplay lives up to the premise.
