THX!
Really nice, really, really nice.
The Helicopter is the only image that seems to impress me, but apart from that, it's a nice solid looking Engine. :)
Actually the first image is quite impressive as well.

Serious Sam 3, well the first one is.
Looking sweet. The second picture looks like something from Doom 3. I hate to say it but I can't help feeling the pictures of the vehicles aren't in game, but I'm happy for someone to prove me wrong. One thing that makes it look quite impressive is the grittiness of it all. I guess this is only one level, but it makes a change from the bright colours of the second game.

3 more...talk about photorealistic environments...look at these...
And looks like there is some war game in the making.

lol, nothing to get THAT excited about ¬_¬
These are mediocre next-gen quality to me but I'm glad you enjoyed them a lot.
Photo-realistic environments?
Do you live in Box-land? ;p lol

I was talking about the statue of liberty one inparticular.
their invisible shaders are so good I can't see a thing!

To be fair, I'm siding with Masteratt on this one. While they're fairly impressive looking I don't think they're anything to go nuts over. Higher quality images would certainly help, seeing it in motion also.

Its nice but FAR away from photorealistic AND the Statue of Liberty seems to be from a cutscene or something so im not THAT hyped.
But like i said it lookes pretty good and its not "medicore" i mean come on.^^

I can't tell whether these are impressive or not. I'm sure some of the graininess is from the magazine scan, but it's possible things like AA have been turned up to 32x when we're talking about promo/in engine only shots.

Yeah at first i thought the pics were so pixelated. Then i noticed they were scans from a mag. I think i would be more impressed if it was in a video or something.

I thought they looked pretty good, not best of what we have seen but given that its the SS series its definetely a level above what I expected.

Serious Sam 3 is looking great. It may not look as good as the highest end game, but if it supports as many characters on screen as the original games then I'll be very satisfied.
I just hope Co-op will be as fun as the original games.
Edit: I have really been wishing for Serious Sam to have extremely destructive environments (that would be awesome).

I think that first picture is by far the most impressive, and the rest are simply good looking, personally. Nice find though :)

Errrr. Is it just me or does that not look all that great.....I liked Serious Sam's looks before because of the colourfulness but the setting here looks like EVERY other money maker game nowadays.... Tisk tisk

Yeah, but every title has ported to the consoles.

EDIT: I see, a PC title that might makes it way to PS3 right?
But who says it will look the same on our beloved platform:huh:

Looks like Epic has finally found their answer to their Unreal Engine 3.
nothing worth an exclamation.

i dont see anything special about this engine. MGS4 looks much better.
the lines made the scan actually makes the picture looks more impressive than it really is.

Ummm....Doom 3 hasn't exactly been beaten graphically on the PC just yet. It will this year, but don't knock it.
Playing Doom 3 on Ultra at 1920x1200 (cfg hack) will still knock most peoples socks off (especially with all of the graphical enhancement mods).
Serious Sam itself is not necessarily a game to look for as a graphical benchmark (every single game can't be one), but the nature of it's gameplay kind of keeps it from being one unless you want the game to be for the extreme high-end market only.
