I am.
its very neat. The zoom buttons (L2 R2) are very useful. You dont need to change the font size and its better than changing the font size because you can zoom in the pictures. it is helpful if you sit 10 feet away from yours lcd tv.

As far as functionality, yes I do like it. However it could use an update or 2 to make it compatible with certain Java apps. For instance, it won't play songs on myspace profiles, etc.

yeah, it's pretty functional and well laid out, only gripe for me would be plugins...codecs, etc that it needs. wmv support for ps3 would be teh win.

it's perfect...just need to support hebrew and arabic fonts

Too true. Many links on www.tv-links.co.uk won't work simply because the browser needs a Flash update. Apart from that, I have no major gripes. It's well laid out and especially functional with a Keyboard. What I would like to see, apart from the Flash update, is a spell checker.

Absolutely. Mainly I want support for streaming from www.kcrwmusic.com -- I'd be such a happy man on that day.
They can forget supporting Quicktime though -- that shit's as good as spyware
I would also like to be able to highlight text and copy/paste so if I see a URL that isn't a link I can give it ye olde Copy/Paste treatmente.
@ Frosty: I've played songs on Myspace before on my PS3, it just takes a helluva lot of coercion to do it.

Agreed. Codec support is worthless to say the least. I cant even do my internet banking...(watch porn, jokes)...Other than surfin the net with basic functionality, its pretty useless. Its also a bit slower due to lack of codec support.
Seriously though. It would be nice to log into my banking and pay a visa bill while im on it. Would be a lot nicer.

I use it to check my email when I'm in a hurry.....compared to using a PC/laptop its much faster turning on the PS3 going the browser and clicking the Favorite and bam thats it......
the only thing that is faster for me is my Dell x50v PocketPC but it is starting to die a slow death.......
edit- also ever since I updated to 1.7 my browser has been freezing and running out of memory.....this used to never happen.....

It's a bit slow, although I did find out it was compatible with a *cough* certain on demand not very legal TV episodes on flash video site which made me quite happy.
I use it to watch said TV episodes on the living room PS3. Woohoo!

Hopefully there's some forward movement on that stuff everybody's having problems with. I think the next update will bring some good stuff to the table for the browser, and if not, then you'll see the grumpy side of me.

No, I hate the browser! Why? Because one, I can't use the damn thing, and two I'm angry with Sony because they still haven't sent me a free PS3! The nerve of some people! Bastards...
untill I get an HDTV, I won't surf much on PS3.

^ Stingy on the oil reserves, are you? I'm hearing that you're waiting for a huge spike in prices ala 1973, and then you'll buy all of us 1080p HDTVs and a PS3-HDTV combo for CurryKing.
